Clients own completed deliverables upon full payment, as defined in their project agreement. We retain rights to general methodologies and non-confidential techniques for use in future work. We may include completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide materials, feedback, and decisions in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Confidentiality
